Role Description:

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can turn ideas into high-performing, conversion-focused content.

You’ll own the creative process end-to-end, from developing the core idea and writing the direct-response script to translating it into a clear visual direction and working with the creative team to bring it to life.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Write high-volume direct-response scripts for Meta and organic content, with a robust focus on conversions and sales.
- Develop hooks, angles, concepts and storylines that capture attention and drive action.
- Have a strong visual understanding of what makes content perform and translate written ideas into clear visual directions.




- Take end-to-end ownership of creative execution — from the initial concept and script to the final creative coming in hand.
- Continuously experiment with new creative formats, trends, hooks and storytelling approaches to improve performance.
- Produce a high volume of quality creative concepts and scripts without compromising on strategic thinking.

Qualifications:

- Strong direct-response writing skills with an understanding of consumer psychology and conversion principles.
- Strong visual sense - you should be able to look at a piece of content and understand why it works (or why it doesn’t).
- Strong understanding of Meta content and what drives attention, retention and engagement.
- Strong curiosity and hands-on knowledge of AI tools and workflows.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment.
- Ability to take ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
