What You’ll Do

Campaign Ownership & Performance (20%)

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube Ads
- Optimize for CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS
- Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging
- Turn data into insights and scale winning campaigns
- Stay updated with platform trends and ad formats

Creative Strategy & Hindi Content (80%)

- Write high-converting Hindi scripts for YouTube and Instagram Ads
- Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing




- Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads
- Use data to iterate creatives quickly
- Leverage regional trends and audience behavior
- Scale winning creatives through variations

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years in performance marketing / growth
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
- Strong analytical thinking + decision-making
- Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling
- Explicit understanding of what makes ads convert
- Experience with A/B testing and iteration
- Ownership and ability to move fast

Bonus Points

- Experience in mobile app growth or D2C
- Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, UGC ads
- Basic understanding of editing/design workflows
- Experience combining data + creative strategy
