About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Head who can take ownership of our brand’s creative direction, social media presence, and creative team. The ideal candidate will be a strong creative thinker with leadership skills and a positive understanding of branding, digital marketing, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, video editors, content creators, and other creative resources.
- Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Take ownership of the brand’s social media strategy and creative direction.
- Plan and execute engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing and management teams to align creative strategies with business goals.
- Review and approve creative content before publishing.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, design trends, reels, content formats, and digital marketing practices.
- Build a high-performing and innovative creative team.




- Ensure timely delivery of all creative and social media requirements.

Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in creative, branding, social media, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Excellent creative thinking and visual communication skills.
- Experience managing and leading a creative team.
- Good knowledge of branding, content creation, graphic design, and video content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative and social media work will be an advantage.
