This role is more than just designing — we’re looking for someone who can think, lead, communicate, and execute.

What you’ll do

- Lead and guide our team of 2 designers
- Develop fresh creative concepts and visual directions
- Stay updated with current and emerging design trends
- Review designs and maintain a high standard of creative quality
- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements and vision
- Present creative ideas and explain design decisions confidently
- Convert client briefs into strong creative concepts
- Manage feedback and guide the team through revisions




- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations

What we’re looking for

- Solid creative thinking and visual sense
- Solid experience in graphic design and branding
- Good understanding of typography, layouts, colors, and brand communication
- Awareness of the latest trends in design, social media, advertising, and digital content
- Leadership skills and the ability to mentor designers
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final execution
- Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite,
