About the Role

Da’Villas & The Connections by Da’Villas are growing Travel & Hospitality startups building premium stays, curated experiences, celebrations, retreats, and unique travel concepts across India.

We are looking for a Creative Design Intern with a strong visual sense, creativity, and interest in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and premium brands.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, banners, brochures, and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative concepts based on brand campaigns and marketing requirements.
- Work with the marketing team to translate ideas into visually appealing content.
- Select and curate high-quality images, references, typography, layouts, and visual elements.
- Create moodboards and visual directions for campaigns, properties, experiences, and events.
- Maintain consistency across Da’Villas and The Connections brand communication.
- Adapt creatives into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.
- Explore Pinterest, design trends, hospitality brands, and premium lifestyle references for fresh creative inspiration.
- Support the team with presentations, campaign decks, property collaterals,



and other design requirements.
- Take ownership of creative tasks and deliver work within timelines.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in graphic design, branding, social media, travel, hospitality, and lifestyle.
- Good understanding of typography, composition, spacing, colours, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar design tools.
- Good sense of premium, minimal, editorial, and lifestyle aesthetics.
- Ability to take feedback and quickly improve designs.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a small team.
- A portfolio, college projects, Instagram work, or personal design projects will be an advantage.

Startup Environment

We are a small core team with a long-term vision, so this internship will involve more than just executing fixed design tasks.
- You will get exposure to branding, marketing, social media, hospitality, travel, campaigns, property marketing, and creative strategy.
- You may work across multiple projects based on your skills and interests.
- Responsibilities can evolve based on your performance and business requirements.
- Solid performers may have the opportunity to continue with the company in a full-time creative role.

Work Details

- Work from Office – Ahmedabad
- Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM–6:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM
- Internship with hands-on exposure to a growing Travel & Hospitality startup.
