Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Art Director to lead the visual direction and creative quality of our 3D architectural visualization projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of architectural aesthetics, lighting, composition, storytelling, and real estate marketing, along with the ability to guide a team of 3D artists and designers.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative direction and visual style of 3D exterior, interior, amenity, and architectural visualization projects.

Review 3D renders, walkthrough animations, master plans, and other visual presentations to ensure high-quality output.

Guide 3D artists on camera angles, composition, lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and overall visual appeal.

Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling for real estate projects and marketing campaigns.

Understand client briefs, architectural drawings, references, and project requirements to establish the right visual direction.

Coordinate with clients, architects, project managers, and internal teams to ensure creative accuracy and timely delivery.

Review project progress at different stages and provide clear feedback to improve quality and consistency.

Ensure all creative deliverables meet company standards and client expectations. Research the latest trends, technologies,



and AI tools in architectural visualization and digital creativity.

Mentor the creative team and maintain consistency across all project deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–8 years of experience in architectural visualization, 3D design, or a related creative field.

Strong understanding of architectural design, composition, lighting, materials, colour theory, and visual aesthetics.

Experience in reviewing and directing high-quality 3D renders and architectural walkthroughs.

Working knowledge of software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.

Excellent communication, team leadership, and client coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality standards.

A strong portfolio demonstrating architectural visualization and creative direction is essential.

Preferred Candidate Profile Experience working with real estate developers, builders, architects, or real estate marketing agencies. Ability to identify visual improvements and guide artists to achieve premium-quality output. Knowledge of AI-assisted visualization tools and emerging creative technologies. A balance of artistic creativity, technical understanding, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
