Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Courier Operations Manager to manage and supervise day-to-day courier operations, hub activities, delivery performance, staff coordination, and customer service. The candidate should have strong knowledge of courier/logistics operations and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily courier operations and ensure smooth functioning of the hub/branch.
- Supervise pickup, booking, sorting, dispatch, delivery, and return processes.
- Monitor delivery performance and ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Manage and coordinate hub staff, delivery staff, and other operational employees.
- Monitor attendance, shift schedules, workload, and staff performance.
- Coordinate with other hubs and branches for smooth shipment movement.
- Handle operational issues, customer complaints, and delivery-related escalations.
- Ensure proper scanning, updating, and tracking of shipments in the system.
- Monitor pending, undelivered, returned, and delayed shipments and take necessary action.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of courier packages.
- Maintain daily operational reports and submit required reports to management.




- Monitor operational expenses and ensure effective utilization of company resources.
- Train and guide staff regarding company procedures and operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and management instructions.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular updates regarding operational performance.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or related operations.
- Previous experience in a Courier Operations Manager / Hub Manager / Operations Manager role will be preferred.
- Malayalam proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with operational software/HRMS systems.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule depending on operational requirements.
- Strong knowledge of local courier and delivery operations will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
