Role Description The Country Head role at 7Padel is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Country

Head will oversee all operations within the country, including facility management, commercial performance, and customer experience. This role involves developing and executing country-level growth strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring effective sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives.

Head will lead and mentor local teams, establish operational standards, and monitor performance metrics to achieve business targets. The position requires regular collaboration with senior leadership, representing the brand in the market, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience in country or regional leadership roles, preferably in sports, leisure, hospitality, or comparable service industries.
- Robust skills in business development, strategic planning, and commercial management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Experience in operations management, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization for multi-site or multi-unit businesses.
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams, with effective people management and performance coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort engaging partners, vendors, and community organizations.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Sports Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Passion for sports and customer-centric service, with a hands-on approach to solving problems and improving experiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and travel within the country as needed for facility visits and partner meetings.
