Customer Service & Sales

- Greeting customers: Welcoming clients as they approach the counter and assessing their needs immediately.

- Product recommendations: Suggesting appropriate products, alternatives, or complementary items to upsell and cross-sell.

- Answering inquiries: Providing accurate information regarding product features, pricing, availability, and warranties.

- Problem-solving: Handling customer complaints, processing returns, and exchanging goods according to company policy.

Administrative & Technical Tasks

- Order fulfillment: Pulling items from the warehouse or backroom to fulfill customer orders placed in-person, online, or over the phone.

- Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the sales counter, checkout lanes, and customer areas clean and tidy.

- Answering phones: Handling incoming calls regarding product availability, store hours, or order statuses.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
