Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as an Recruiter cum Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and a proven track record in sales.

- Responsibilities:
- Understanding the and visa requirements of a role andcountry thoroughly.
- Calling, screening and filtering candidates as per the shared by employer.
- Convert daily leads to successful closures. Actively follows up with candidates to ensure timely closures and maintain high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate details, lead status,and sales activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
- Achieve defined sales targets within specified timelines. Perform all necessary activities including but not limited to above,



for successful outcomes.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm (Work from Office role)

Working days: Mon - Sat (1 st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Experience: 6 months - 3 years

Location: First Floor, Extension Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, FB B-1, Block B-1, Block E, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Badarpur, Current Delhi, Delhi 110044
