Counter sales: RetailCounter Sales Executive – Retail

Role: Counter Sales Executive

Experience: 1–3 years in Retail/Counter Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend customers at the retail counter and understand their requirements.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and available options.
- Generate sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Prepare bills and handle cash/card/UPI payments.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper merchandising.
- Check product availability and coordinate for stock replenishment.
- Handle exchanges, returns, and customer complaints.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter/store.
- Coordinate with the store and inventory team.




- Maintain daily sales and customer records.
- Support promotional activities and offers.

Required Skills:

- Retail and counter sales experience.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems.
- Good product presentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Teamwork and qualified grooming.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
