- Perform a variety of aesthetic and cosmetic procedures, including PRP, Laser hair reduction, Peels, Qswitch, Hydra facial & OLT.
- Ensure all treatments are of high quality and meet the standards.
- Work closely with clients to determine their needs and expectations and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Giving procedural and media video are mandatory. (social media like Instagram)
- Follow up calls on Consulted prospective customer.
- Following on customer for pending payments.
- Calling on leads.
- Doctor is responsible for the sales closure.
- Updating the Consultation / Joined Customer & Treatment / Procedure report in the ERP and upload clients before after pics ERP.
- Maintain client record file.
- Suggest home care and dos & don’t after the treatment.
- Follow up calls for procedure clients.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
- Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.
