Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced corporate trainer to train freshers in India and the US in recruitment processes, communication skills, corporate etiquette, and end-to-end recruitment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver structured training programs for freshers.
- Train candidates on sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, candidate engagement, and interview coordination.
- Conduct mock calls, role-plays, practical assessments, and recruitment simulations.
- Provide training on professional communication, email etiquette, and workplace behavior.
- Conduct trainee assessments, track performance,



and provide feedback.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams for onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain training records, attendance, assessment scores, and MIS reports.
- Continuously improve training modules based on trainee performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, recruitment trainer, HR trainer, or L&D; specialist.
- Experience in US IT staffing, US recruitment, or India recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate freshers.
- Willingness to work from the Whitefield office from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
