Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist at Taxcart.

The Sales

Specialist will identify and qualify prospective customers, deliver product demos, and explain how Taxcart’s solutions address tax automation and global selling needs.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing new business while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role involves collaborating with customer service and product teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, providing basic training to new clients, and gathering feedback to inform product improvements.





The Sales

Specialist will also monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine outreach strategies and support revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear presentation, listening, and written communication abilities.
- Proven Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and support a positive client experience.
- Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
- Experience in Training clients or internal teams on software tools or processes.
- Background in Sales Management or account management, with the ability to prioritize opportunities and meet targets.
- Comfort working remotely, with strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or tax/ERP solutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
