Our Client is looking for an experienced Corporate SCM Head to lead and strengthen the Supply Chain function across multiple manufacturing units.

If you have robust experience in Automotive / Auto Component Supply Chain , multi-plant SCM, MRP, SAP, inventory, supplier delivery, logistics, and customer schedules, this could be your next leadership opportunity.

? Location: Manesar, Haryana

? Work Mode: Onsite

? Experience: 12–18 Years Budget of 22 LPA

? Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile or related

➕ MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain / Operations / Logistics preferred

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and implement the Corporate Supply Chain strategy across multiple manufacturing units.
- Drive centralized planning for MRP, material requirements, procurement, inventory and dispatch .
- Consolidate customer forecasts, firm orders, schedules and rolling requirements across plants.
- Drive demand & capacity planning with Sales, Marketing, NPD and Production teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, bought-out components and critical parts.
- Monitor MRP, production plans, shortages, excess inventory and capacity constraints.
- Establish and monitor minimum, maximum and safety stock norms .
- Lead monthly inventory reviews and drive inventory optimization.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance and coordinate with SQA for supplier improvement.
- Manage inter-plant material movement, transportation, warehouse and logistics optimization .
- Support plant shifting, business transfer and capacity balancing initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to line stoppage, customer shortages and dispatch delays .
- Drive reduction in premium freight, emergency dispatches and customer line-stop incidents .




- Establish corporate standards for Stores, Warehouse and Logistics operations.
- Participate in project reviews and new product/launch readiness.
- Ensure effective utilization of SAP/MRP systems .

? What We're Looking For ✅ 12–18 years of experience in Automotive / Auto Component Manufacturing

✅ Proven experience managing Corporate SCM / Central SCM across multiple plants

✅ Strong knowledge of MRP, SAP, Material Planning & Inventory Management

✅ Experience with Supplier Delivery & Supplier Coordination

✅ Strong exposure to Logistics, Warehousing & Inter-Plant Movement

✅ Understanding of OEM schedules, JIT, APQP and Lean Supply Chain

✅ Experience with Global OEMs / Tier-1 suppliers preferred

✅ Automotive Lighting / Electronics / Plastic Components experience preferred

✅ Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and cross-functional coordination skills
