About the Role

We are looking for Conversations Specialists to join our Operations team.

As a Conversations Specialist, you will interact with website visitors through live chat and help convert conversations into quality leads for our clients.

You will handle multiple chats, understand different client products and services, follow established conversation scripts, and use your communication and problem-solving skills to respond appropriately when conversations go beyond standard scripts.

This role is ideal for candidates who have strong written English, enjoy communicating with people, can multitask effectively, and are looking to build a long-term career in a fast-paced operations environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage professionally and effectively with multiple website visitors through live chat.
- Handle multiple conversations simultaneously, especially during peak periods.
- Learn and understand client knowledge banks, products, services and business requirements.
- Follow established operator questions, engagement scripts and canned responses.




- Respond appropriately and confidently to customer questions that go beyond standard scripts.
- Identify potential leads and write accurate lead information within the required timeframe.
- Ensure leads contain the correct and relevant information.
- Send leads to the correct client and email address along with the appropriate chat transcript.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency and quality across all conversations.
- Deliver a positive customer experience while supporting our clients' lead-generation objectives.

Educational Qualification

Minimum qualification: HSC Pass (12th Standard).
