About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and highly driven Control Tower Manager to manage and monitor our day-to-day central and last-mile delivery operations.

The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, monitoring operational performance, supporting fleet planning, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous process improvement.

The ideal candidate should have experience in Control Tower, Central Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Q-commerce, or Last-Mile Delivery Operations and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities





- Monitor real-time last-mile and delivery operations to ensure smooth order execution and fulfilment.
- Track key operational KPIs, including TAT, SLA adherence, order fulfilment, rider availability, fleet utilization, and productivity.
- Coordinate with warehouses, hubs, fleet teams (two wheelers specifically), vendors, Hyperlocal Delivery and city operations teams to resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Monitor demand versus supply and support effective fleet and rider planning.
- Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational and service failures and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational incidents.
- Prepare and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Monitor delivery costs and support cost optimization initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer Support, Planning, and Technology.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational compliance.
- Support process improvements, new initiatives, and pilot projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 47 years of relevant experience in Control Tower, Central Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, E-commerce,



Q-commerce, Food Delivery, Hyperlocal Delivery, or Last-Mile Operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
- Experience in preparing operational MIS and dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of last-mile delivery, fleet operations, order fulfilment, and SLA management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong planning, coordination, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Preferred Background Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
