Sannverse Railtech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute qualified to manage Contracts, Claims, and Arbitration for large-scale infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will blend strong legal expertise with a solid understanding of civil engineering and construction contracts to safeguard the companys interests, manage multi-million rupee claims, and resolve disputes independently.

Role & responsibilities

- Claims & Dispute Management: End-to-end management of construction claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, variation claims, and price escalations.
- Arbitration & Litigation: Lead legal strategy and represent the company in arbitration proceedings, dispute review boards (DRB), and mediation.
- Contract Administration: Interpret, manage, and enforce complex EPC and railway/road infrastructure contracts to minimize risk and identify liabilities.
- Legal Drafting: Independently draft legal notices, claims statements,



rejoinders, standard letters, and written submissions for dispute resolution.
- Negotiation: Drive commercial negotiations with clients, sub-contractors, and vendors to settle disputes amicably without formal legal escalations.
- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project execution bottlenecks that may lead to commercial disputes and advise project execution teams on contract compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Education

- LLB / LLM: Mandatory requirement.
- B.Tech / B.E. (Civil Engineering): Strongly preferred to facilitate technical alignment with construction teams.
- Additional Certifications: Diploma/Degree in contracts management, international/domestic arbitration, or construction law will be a distinct advantage.
