Role Description The Content Operations Intern will support the planning, creation, and management of learning and marketing content for Edural Classes™. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, where the intern will collaborate closely with teaching staff and the content team to ensure that course materials, study resources, and online content are accurate, engaging, and well organized. Day-to-day responsibilities may include drafting and updating web and app content, coordinating the publishing schedule, maintaining content libraries,



and assisting with documentation for live classes and recorded sessions.

The intern will help track content performance, gather feedback from learners and mentors, and suggest improvements to enhance clarity and effectiveness. The role offers hands-on experience in education-focused content operations and the opportunity to contribute directly to students’ learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with educators, students, and internal teams.
- Ability in Web Content Writing and Writing to create concise, engaging, and learner-friendly materials for digital platforms.
- Understanding of Content Strategy to help align learning resources and campaigns with organizational goals and student needs.
- Experience or interest in Content Management, including organizing, updating, and tracking educational content across systems.
- Basic familiarity with educational technology tools, learning platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced academic environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Patna and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an education-focused setting.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Education, Journalism, Communications, Management, or a related field is preferred.
