We are looking for a highly skilled and creative K–12 Assessment & Content Developer with strong command of Mathematics and English to create engaging, accurate, and age-appropriate learning content and assessments for K–12 learners.

The ideal candidate should have excellent subject knowledge, strong writing and analytical skills, and an understanding of how students learn at different grade levels. The role will involve developing question banks, assessments, worksheets, study materials, practice exercises, and other academic resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop high-quality K–12 learning content and study materials for Mathematics and English.
- Design MCQs, subjective questions, application-based questions, competency-based questions, quizzes, worksheets, and assessments.
- Create questions aligned with learning objectives, grade-level requirements, and curriculum standards.
- Develop questions across different levels of difficulty, including basic, intermediate, and advanced/application-based questions.
- Prepare answer keys, explanations, rubrics, and assessment guidelines.
- Review and validate content for accuracy, clarity, age appropriateness, and academic quality.
- Ensure mathematical calculations, formulas, terminology, grammar, spelling, and language are error-free.
- Create and maintain structured question banks and content repositories.
- Use Bloom's Taxonomy and appropriate assessment methodologies while developing questions.
- Create engaging learning resources such as worksheets, practice exercises, presentations, and revision material.
- Collaborate with academic/content teams to understand curriculum requirements and content specifications.
- Review and improve existing content based on feedback, learner requirements, and quality standards.
- Use AI tools responsibly for content ideation,



question generation, and content enhancement while ensuring final content is manually reviewed and academically accurate.

Required Skills

- Excellent command of Mathematics and English.

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students of different age groups.
- Robust understanding of assessment design and question development.
- Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy, learning objectives, and competency-based assessment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify errors in academic content.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with academic and content teams.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, English, Education, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in K–12 content development, assessment development, curriculum development, teaching, academic publishing, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong academic/content-development experience and excellent subject expertise will be preferred.
