Content Creator On-Camera & Social Media

Location: Delhi (Onsite)

Salary: 15,000 – 25,000/month (depending on experience)

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 1 Weekly Off

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic Content Creator who can become the on-camera face of our brand and create engaging content around our CNG products, kit fitments, workshop activities, and customer experiences.

This is not a pure video editing role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable appearing on camera, speaking with customers, explaining products/services, conducting customer interviews, and creating engaging social media content.

The ideal candidate should have a natural on-camera presence, strong Hindi communication skills, and an interest in automobiles/CNG.

Key Responsibilities

- Be the on-camera face/representative of the company across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Visit the workshop regularly to shoot daily content around CNG kit installations, fitments, servicing, workshop activities and customer experiences.
- Appear in videos to introduce and explain our products, services, features and benefits in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Conduct customer feedback and testimonial interviews in Hindi.
- Interact confidently with customers and make them comfortable on camera.
- Create before-and-after videos, customer testimonials, product explainers, educational reels, FAQs and behind-the-scenes content.
- Identify interesting moments, stories and topics at the workshop that can be converted into social media content.
- Shoot videos using a mobile phone or /camera.
- Perform basic video editing using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Add basic captions, transitions, music, cuts and other elements required for short-form content.




- Upload and manage content across Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Suggest new content ideas, trends, hooks and formats to improve reach, engagement and follower growth.
- Stay updated with relevant Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Help build a consistent and recognizable online presence for the brand.

What We're Looking For
- Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
- Excellent Hindi communication and conversational skills.
- Good personality and ability to engage with customers naturally.
- Ability to speak about a product/service in an interesting and convincing way.
- Comfortable conducting interviews and asking customers questions on camera.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and framing.
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Interest in automobiles, cars and the CNG industry is a plus.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of what makes content engaging.
- Comfortable working independently at a workshop and interacting with different customers.
- Freshers with robust communication, confidence and a good on-camera presence are welcome.

Important This role is NOT for a Video Editor alone.

We are specifically looking for a Content Creator who is comfortable being on camera and representing the brand, while also having basic shooting and editing skills.

If you enjoy speaking on camera, creating Reels/Shorts, interviewing people, explaining products and experimenting with social media content, this role could be a great fit.

Salary & Incentives

15,000 – 20,000/month, depending on experience and skill set.

Additional incentives/bonuses for high-performing, viral or exceptional content.
