We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can conceptualize, create, and execute engaging content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in front of the camera, stay updated with social media trends, and collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot and create reels, short videos and other social media content.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, viral content formats and platform algorithms.
- Coordinate with the design, video editing and marketing teams for content execution.
- Participate in content shoots and represent the brand confidently when required.
- Assist in creating monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
- Write basic captions, video scripts and content briefs.




- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.
- Ensure content is aligned with the brand's tone, messaging and objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications or a related field.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Robust creativity and storytelling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Understanding Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of content writing and copy creation.
- Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
- Team player who can coordinate effectively with creative and marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking.
- Experience in personal branding, influencer content, or UGC (User-Generated Content) creation.
