We’re Looking for a Content Creator Who Can Create — Not Just Edit.

Egis Engineering is looking for a creative, confident and hands-on Content Creator who can take an idea and turn it into engaging video content.

If you enjoy writing scripts, coming up with strong hooks, getting in front of the camera, filming, editing and analysing what works, this role could be a great fit for you.

We are looking for someone who can own the complete content process:

Idea → Script → Hook → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse → Improve

What You'll Do

Script & Content Creation — MOST IMPORTANT

- Write engaging scripts for weekly video content.
- Create strong hooks and opening lines that immediately grab attention.
- Turn ideas, products and business topics into simple, interesting and easy-to-understand content.
- Develop weekly content ideas and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Suggest new topics, formats, trends and creative concepts.

Camera & Filming

- Create confident camera-facing videos.
- Film yourself as well as other team members.
- Plan and execute video shoots.
- Decide shots, angles, framing and basic lighting requirements.
- Make sure videos look natural, professional and engaging.

Editing & Visual Content

- Edit short-form and social media videos.
- Use text, images, transitions, music and sound effects effectively.
- Understand pacing, retention and visual storytelling.
- Create visually appealing Reels, Shorts, talking-head videos, educational content and promotional videos.

Analytics & Improvement





- Track how videos perform.
- Understand metrics such as views, watch time, retention and engagement.
- Identify what is working and what isn't.
- Use performance data to improve future hooks, scripts, topics and video formats.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong scripting and storytelling skills.
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
- Can write a strong hook instead of starting a video with a boring introduction.
- Is comfortable and confident speaking on camera.
- Can film both themselves and others.
- Has good video editing skills.
- Understands the use of sound effects, music, text and visuals.
- Can independently plan and execute weekly content.
- Is creative and regularly comes up with new ideas.
- Understands social media content and video trends.
- Is willing to experiment, analyse results and improve.

The skill we’re Looking For If you can write a great script, create a powerful hook and know how to keep someone watching, we want to hear from you.

Editing and filming are important — but great content starts with a great idea and a great script.
