About GrowthOnex

GrowthOnex is building practical B2B growth systems focused on prospecting, outreach, follow-ups and sales automation. We’re looking for a Content & Creative Intern who is genuinely interested in content creation, design and AI-powered creative workflows.

What you’ll work on

Create LinkedIn content and visual creatives for GrowthOnex

Research content ideas around B2B growth, sales and marketing

Create LinkedIn carousels and social media creatives

Work with Canva and Canva Pro

Design using Figma

Explore Photopea and AI-powered design tools

Assist with content repurposing and brand creatives

Track basic content performance and identify what works

What we’re looking for

Genuine interest in content creation and design

Creative mindset and willingness to experiment

Willingness to learn new tools and AI workflows

Basic Canva/Figma knowledge is a plus

Positive communication and attention to detail

Ability to take feedback and improve

Consistency and ownership of assigned work

Students and freshers are welcome

Important: This is a learning-focused internship. We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to learn, create, experiment and build—not someone applying only for a certificate.
