Hiring Alert | Valuation Qualified (CA) | 1-2 Years PQE

Grant Thornton Bharat LLP is looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Valuation Team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Valuations, Equity Valuations, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), and Impairment Testing assignments.
- Valuations for financial reporting under IFRS and Private Equity portfolios.
- Financial analysis, comparable company benchmarking, industry research, and forecasting.
- Utilize databases such as Capital IQ and Bloomberg for valuation analysis.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports and client presentations.
- Engage with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders on project deliverables.

Preferred Skills:

✔ Qualified CA with 1-2 years PQE

✔ Strong understanding of valuation methodologies and IFRS standards

✔ Proficiency in Capital IQ, Bloomberg, and financial modeling

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple assignments independently
