- Oversee site execution, including supervising laborers, contractors, and equipment operators to ensure productive project progress.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental laws.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
