Job Title: L1 Desktop Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Windows 10/11, MS Office, and antivirus.
- Troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware, OS, and software issues.
- Resolve basic network (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP) and printer problems.
- Provide remote support via AnyDesk/TeamViewer.
- Manage user tickets, password resets, and Active Directory / M365 tasks.
Requirements:
- Hardware & Networking knowledge (A+ / Network+ certification is a plus).
- Basic understanding of Windows OS, Outlook, and networking basics.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
Experience: 1 Year | Location: In office Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
