Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE)

- Candidate should have experience in process sheet & route card generation.

- Candidate should have knowledge of Vacuum Infusion RTM technology & Filament winding. Knowledge in prepreg autoclave will help.

- Candidate should have experience in CAD design, splice ply generation and nesting file generation.

- Candidate should have knowledge of Tool design and FE structural analysis.

- Candidate should be able to communicate with customer and vendors both external and internal.

- Candidate is expected to be a go-getter and lead the project till FAI prove out.

- Candidate should be able to provide technical guidance to manufacturing team for practical challenges.

- Candidate should be able to plan the FAI realization of all their activities and coordinate with PMG, Manufacturing, and project teams to meet the project requirements.
