We are looking for an active and responsible candidate for the position of Dispatch & Packing Executive. The candidate will be responsible for packing products properly and handling dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Pack products safely and properly to avoid damage

Handle daily dispatch of goods and ensure timely shipments

Prepare dispatch documents like challans and delivery notes

Ensure correct labeling and packaging of products

Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams

Maintain records of packed and dispatched items

Check product quantity and quality before dispatch

Requirements

Candidate should be active, punctual, and hardworking

Basic knowledge of packing and dispatch work

Good coordination and attention to detail

Basic computer knowledge preferred
