Compliance Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a Compliance Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to handle legal, regulatory and corporate compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle IEPF claims, share recovery, transmission and duplicate share processes.
- Manage IEPF filings and documentation.
- Handle PAS-6 compliance and MCA filings.
- Manage incorporation and statutory compliance of Companies & LLPs.
- Coordinate with RTA, CS, IEPF and other regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and IEPF Rules.
- Prepare legal documents, reports and compliance updates.

Requirements:

- Graduate
- 35 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines & IEPF compliance
- Legal drafting and MS Word skills
- Knowledge of securities, share transfer & investment processes
- Good communication and decision-making skills
