We are seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team at our Bathinda office.

The selected candidate will assist in managing transport compliance documentation, monitoring expiry dates, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the smooth functioning of fleet and driver compliance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update driver, vehicle, and fleet compliance records.
- Monitor expiry dates of driver licences, vehicle registrations, insurance policies, permits, and other required documents.
- Maintain employee onboarding and verification documentation.
- Organize and manage compliance documents using digital filing systems.
- Track vehicle inspections, servicing schedules, maintenance records, and required certifications.
- Coordinate with drivers, fleet managers, and operations teams to collect and update documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly compliance status reports.




- Identify missing, expired, or incomplete documentation and report issues to management.
- Maintain compliance tracking spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist with transport safety and regulatory documentation.
- Support audit preparation and compliance reporting.
- Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams regarding documentation and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date compliance records.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and document management skills.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and manage multiple deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn transport industry compliance procedures.

Preferred Skills The following qualifications and skills will be considered an advantage:
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet compliance.
- Familiarity with Australian transport compliance documentation.




- Basic understanding of NHVR requirements and Chain of Responsibility (CoR).
- Knowledge of driver fatigue management and vehicle maintenance documentation.
- Experience using transport management systems or document management software.
- Experience coordinating with international clients and operational teams.

Freshers with strong computer skills, good English communication, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, technical knowledge, and interview performance.
