Role Overview

As a Veyivo Companion, you will provide reliable, respectful, and professional assistance to customers based on their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Accompany customers during visits, appointments, or local travel.
- Provide pickup and drop assistance when required.
- Assist elderly customers with hospital visits, errands, temple visits, and other activities.
- Support parents or family members when they need someone to accompany them.
- Provide pet pickup and drop assistance for grooming or appointments.
- Provide late-night companion support for customers, including women,



where applicable.
- Communicate politely and professionally with customers and their families.
- Follow Veyivo safety, privacy, and service guidelines.
- Maintain punctuality and provide regular updates during assigned services.
- Report any safety concerns or unexpected situations to the Veyivo support team.
