Role Description The Community Growth Manager will be responsible for building, engaging, and expanding the IFI community across online and offline channels. This full-time, on-site role based in Noida includes planning and executing community campaigns, coordinating events, and driving audience participation in show-related initiatives.

The role involves collaborating with marketing, production, and social media teams to create engaging content, nurture fan relationships, and manage feedback loops.

The Community Growth

Manager will track and analyze community metrics, identify growth opportunities,



and develop strategies to increase reach and retention. Daily tasks also include responding to community queries, managing partnerships, and ensuring a consistent brand experience for participants and viewers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience working with Analytics tools to monitor growth, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to present ideas to internal teams and external partners.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including audience outreach, relationship building, and conversion-focused community initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute community campaigns and events on time and within scope.
- Experience in community management, audience engagement, or social media is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced media environment.
- Familiarity with entertainment, reality shows, or financial education content is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
