you’ll be the face of the studio and help us build an exceptional member experience.

what you’ll do:

•⁠ ⁠manage day-to-day studio operations & front desk

•⁠ ⁠someone who has a knack for creating content and being on top of things

•⁠ ⁠manage memberships, bookings & attendance

•⁠ ⁠manage our instagram, stories & day-to-day content

•⁠ ⁠build and nurture our member community

•⁠ ⁠support events, activations & studio initiatives we’re looking for someone who is:

•⁠ ⁠organised, punctual, proactive & responsible

•⁠ ⁠warm, confident & great with people

•⁠ ⁠comfortable with instagram & whatsapp

•⁠ ⁠interested in fitness, wellness, hospitality or community candidate eligibility & compensation this role is open to final-year students and freshers from any field of study.



A formal fitness-related degree or qualification is not mandatory.

however, a genuine passion for fitness, movement, and the wellness industry is essential.

candidates should be enthusiastic about learning, working in a fitness-studio workplace.

compensation & role structure:

first 3 months: internship ₹10,000/month post-internship: opportunity to transition into a full-time role at approximately ₹25,000/month , subject to performance, suitability, and overall profile.

the full-time compensation may vary depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance during the internship.

this is a hands-on role working directly with the founder, with exposure to boutique fitness, community building, customer experience, social media and business operations.
