Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and other regional specialties.
Assist the Sous Chef/CDP in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Handle mise en place, including cutting, grinding, marinating, batter preparation, and ingredient preparation.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Follow standard recipes, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
Minimize food wastage and maintain proper portion control.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
