Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Tandoor dishes such as Tandoori Chicken, Tikkas, Kebabs, Seekh Kebabs, Tandoori Vegetables, Naan and Roti.

- Prepare marinades, accompaniments, and complete daily mise en place.

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

- Follow KOT/orders and coordinate with the kitchen team during service.

- Maintain proper food handling, storage, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and safe operation of Tandoor equipment and workstations.

- Follow portion control, FIFO/FEFO, and minimize food wastage.

- Check ingredient quality and report shortages or equipment issues to the supervisor.

- Support the Chef/Sous Chef during busy operations and maintain kitchen discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
