Key Responsibilities
Customer payment follow-up & collection
Outstanding & overdue payment tracking
Dispatch coordination
Billing & invoicing coordination
Regular customer communication & follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for payment and dispatch-related activities
Maintain payment and outstanding records in SAP/ERP & MS Excel
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending payments
Preferred
Experience in Manufacturing / Chemical Industry
Working knowledge of SAP/ERP & MS Excel
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Candidates with relevant experience in Payment Collection & Dispatch preferred
