We are hiring for a Tele Collection Executive. Candidates with experience in NBFC or Collections are preferred. Valuable communication and follow-up skills are required.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely repayment and payment commitments.
- Explain outstanding dues and resolve basic collection-related queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers as per assigned schedules.
- Negotiate and convince customers for timely payments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, commitments, and collection status.
- Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
