?‍? Role: Commis 1As a Commis 1, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to FitKhao’s standards while maintaining excellent quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.

? Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to FitKhao standards
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion consistency, and presentation
- Follow proper hygiene, food safety, and kitchen practices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Work efficiently as part of a professional kitchen team




- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
- Knowledge of Indian, Chinese & Tandoor cuisine is a strong advantage
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast-growing startup environment
