BREAKFAST OPERATIONS | LAZEEZ GALI

Location: Lazeez Gali, Husainabad, Lucknow

Job Summary

We are seeking a capable and experienced Commis Chef – Level 3 to manage andexecute the breakfast menu operations at Lazeez Gali.

The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing the breakfastmenu during the 4:00 AM to 10:00 AM operating period while maintaining consistency intaste, quality, hygiene, presentation and timely service.

Breakfast Menu : The candidate should be capable of preparing/managing the following menu:

Paratha

Aloo Paratha

Paneer Paratha

Breakfast & Savouries

Poorie Sabzi

Poorie & Shami Kebab

Egg Preparations

Boiled Eggs

Omelette

Salads

Fruit Salad

Juices

Fruit Juice

Vegetable Juice

Key Responsibilities

Manage breakfast preparation from

4:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Prepare and execute the assigned breakfast menu.

Ensure timely preparation before the commencement of breakfast service.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size and presentation.

Prepare parathas, poorie, sabzi, kebabs, eggs, salads and juices according toestablished standards.

Maintain proper mise-en-place before and during service.

Ensure food is prepared and served in a hygienic manner.

Monitor freshness and quality of ingredients.





Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food preparation areas.

Properly store food ingredients and prepared items.

Minimize wastage and maintain effective use of ingredients.

Coordinate with the junior kitchen staff.

Ensure smooth breakfast production during peak hours.

Report ingredient shortages or operational issues to management.

Follow instructions, food safety procedures and kitchen standards.

Working Hours

4:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have:

Practical experience in breakfast food preparation.

Good knowledge of Indian breakfast items.

Ability to prepare paratha, poorie, sabzi and kebab items.

Basic knowledge of egg preparations.

Ability to prepare fresh fruit and vegetable juices.

Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.

Ability to manage early-morning kitchen operations.

Ability to coordinate with junior kitchen staff.

Strong sense of taste, quality and presentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
