We are looking for an experienced Collection Manager to lead and drive collection operations across the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the field collection team to achieve collection targets
- Drive Two-Wheeler loan collections across the assigned territory
- Handle area-wise collection performance, productivity & efficiency
- Monitor daily field activities, bucket-wise performance and overdue accounts
- Ensure effective follow-up and resolution of delinquent accounts
- Conduct regular field visits and support the team in difficult / high-risk cases
- Identify problem areas and implement corrective collection strategies
- Ensure adherence to company collection processes and policies




- Coordinate with Branch / Sales / Operations teams for effective portfolio management

Candidate Profile:
- TW Collection experience is mandatory
- Minimum 46 years of experience in Two-Wheeler / Vehicle Finance Collection
- Prior team handling experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of field / area collection
- Good understanding of delinquency buckets, overdue management & collection processes
- Solid leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Candidates with experience in NBFC / Vehicle Finance will be preferred
