Collection Executive

HuskPower Systems (Husk”) is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Ground Collection Executives to join our energetic team. As a Ground Collection Executive/Agent, right candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient recovery of outstanding debts. He/She will be responsible for conducting field visits, negotiating payment arrangements, and maintaining positive relationships with clients

What this will entail

- Achieving the Payment collection target every month.

- Maintain cordial communication with all clients.

- Resolve collection related queries of clients.

- Assist daily/weekly collection reporting and target setting

- Report customer grievances promptly

- Ability to commute/relocate

Who should apply

- 1-2 years of experience in credit and collections

- Clear and assertive communication

- Timely follow ups & punctuality skills

- Rapport building skills

- Candidates with experience in ground collection of Banks/NBFCs like HDFC, Bajaj Finance, TVS credit etc will be preferred

- Bachelor’s/diploma degree - optional
