Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, confident, and professionally groomed candidate for the position of Collection Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage customer collections efficiently while maintaining positive skilled relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct customer visits and follow up for outstanding and overdue payments.
- Maintain customer ledgers, payment commitments, and collection records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Coordinate with Accounts and Sales teams regarding EMDs, BGs,



outstanding payments, and disputes.
- Escalate long-pending or disputed accounts to management for further action.

Candidate Requirements

- B. Com / M. Com / MBA Finance & HR / Graduate in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a collection executive in any industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Salary: 2.20 LPA - 3 LPA

- EPF and ESI benefits will be provided after the successful completion of the 6-month probation period.
