Role Description The Co-founder with Investment role at BitBattles Esp is a full-time remote position focused on driving growth, strategy, and execution across the company’s technology and business service verticals. This individual will contribute capital and actively participate in high-level decision-making, including product direction, service expansion, and market positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales and marketing initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and guiding go-to-market plans for cybersecurity, software, cloud, AI, blockchain, and digital transformation offerings.

The Co-founder will collaborate with cross-functional teams, review performance metrics, manage key client relationships,



and ensure alignment between operations, compliance, and revenue goals. This role requires a hands-on approach to scaling the business, refining processes, and strengthening the company’s integrated service model.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities, financial models, performance metrics, and investment decisions.
- Excellent communication abilities, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and clear articulation of complex technical and business concepts.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of closing high-value deals, building pipelines, and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Marketing expertise in positioning integrated technology services, driving demand generation, and supporting digital marketing and brand strategy.
- Research skills for market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identifying emerging trends in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, blockchain, and digital transformation.
- Prior startup or founding experience, especially in technology or business services, with the ability to operate in a quick-paced, high-growth environment.
- Comfort with making an equity-based investment and taking shared responsibility for business outcomes.
- Background in business, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent entrepreneurial experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work remotely across time zones, collaborate with distributed teams, and use digital tools for coordination and decision-making.
