- Technology & Engineering Leadersh i p
- Own Heal24/7’s overall technology vision, architecture, and technical roadma p.* Lead, guide, and mentor the engineering tea m.* Make critical decisions around technology stack, scalability, performance, and infrastructur e.* Establish high standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and deploymen t.* Take ownership of technical execution, delivery timelines, and product reliabilit y .
- Product Development & Innovati o n
- Work closely with the founder to turn business ideas and user needs into practical technical solution s.* Lead the development of AI-powered healthcare features, intelligent workflows, and personalized health experience s.* Explore new technologies, AI capabilities, automation, and innovative product opportunitie s.* Continuously improve the product based on user feedback, performance, and business prioritie s.* Build a scalable, secure, and reliable platform that can grow with the compan y .




- AI, Data & Healthcare Technolo g y
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into health coaching, medical report understanding, health records, and care coordinatio n.* Evaluate AI models, APIs, and tools for accuracy, usefulness, cost, and reliabilit y.* Prioritize data privacy, security, and responsible AI practices, especially when handling sensitive health informatio n.* Build systems that support long-term product innovation and responsible scalin g .
- Team Building & Executi o n
- Help build and develop a strong in-house engineering team as the company grow s.* Set development priorities, review technical decisions, and remove engineering bottleneck s.* Work hands-on when necessary rather than relying entirely on delegatio n.* Take responsibility for solving difficult technical and operational challenge s .
- Entrepreneurial & Strategic Ownersh i p
- Work directly with the founder on product strategy, company priorities, and long-term visio n.* Balance innovation with limited resources, speed, and business realitie s.* Contribute to product-market fit, user growth, and the company’s competitive advantag e.* Make decisions with an ownership mindset, not simply as an employee completing assigned task s .

✅ Eligibility & What We’re Looking F o r

- Strong technical foundation in software engineering, computer science, or a related field. A formal degree is helpful but not mandatory if practical skills are exceptiona l.* Hands-on experience in software development, ideally involving mobile applications, web platforms, backend systems, cloud infrastructure,



or AI-powered product s.* Ability to understand system architecture, APIs, databases, integrations, and scalable application desig n.* Familiarity with AI/LLMs, AI APIs, automation, or data-driven products; a willingness to learn and experiment is essentia l.* Experience leading developers, mentoring engineers, or independently delivering complex project s.* Strong problem-solving, product thinking, and decision-making abilitie s.* An innovative mindset: someone who questions existing approaches and looks for better ways to buil d.* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with a non-technical founde r.* A genuine interest in healthcare, AI, and building technology that solves real-world problem s .

- Built a startup, launched a product, or worked in an early-stage compan y.* Experience in healthtech, telemedicine, digital health records, or healthcare integration s.* Experience taking a product from MVP to launch and scaling it based on real user feedbac k.* Open-source contributions, personal projects, or a strong portfolio demonstrating what you can buil d .
