Investment: ₹50 Lakhs

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Co-Founder who can join Finedge by investing ₹50 lakh and actively lead business growth, revenue and strategic partnerships.

Important: This is not a salaried position. No salary or fixed monthly remuneration will be paid. The selected Co-Founder will receive equity in the company, with the equity percentage and terms mutually agreed based on the investment and valuation.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth and business expansion.
- Build partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs and BFSI companies.
- Develop B2B training and recruitment opportunities.
- Build and manage sales and business development teams.
- Develop new products, markets and revenue streams.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives and business decisions.
- Contribute actively to scaling the company.

Ideal Candidate





- 8 years of experience in BFSI, EdTech, recruitment, sales or business development.
- Strong corporate/BFSI network.
- Proven ability to generate revenue and build strategic partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong execution ability.
- Willing and financially capable of investing ₹50 lakh.
- Looking for a long-term Co-Founder chance, not employment.
