I’m looking for a 20–22 year old who is crazy enough to build a company.

Not an intern.

Not an employee.

Not a side-hustler.

A founder.

Someone who has finished their education and has decided that, for now, business comes first.

I’m not looking for a specific degree or 5 years of experience or Investment.

I’m looking for character.

Someone who can go, travel, work alone, who can act as a solo-entrepreneur in the event of uncertainties or when it requires basically a team player with the survival skills of solo-entrepreneur.

Someone who can sell.

Negotiate.

Communicate.

Convince.

Take rejection.

Work 16 hours when necessary.

Change plans at the last minute without complaining.

And most importantly—

fight even when the probability of winning is <1%.

BARRAL is at a point where we need capital to unlock the next stage — events, distribution, shelf placement, marketing, e-commerce and quick commerce.

Until then, we practice, pitch, approach investors and prepare.

Because when the money comes, there will be no time to prepare.

There will only be time to execute.
