Position

CNC Tool & Cutter Machine Operator / Setter

Experience

2–5 Years in CNC Tool & Cutter Machine operation and setting.

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and set CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.
- Perform tool grinding, regrinding and correction as per drawing and specifications.
- Set tools, fixtures, grinding wheels and machine parameters.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and tool specifications.
- Carry out in-process inspection and maintain required accuracy.
- Identify and rectify basic machine/process issues.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Skills Required





- Hands-on experience in CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.
- Knowledge of cutting tools such as end mills, drills, reamers and special tools.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and gauges.
- Ability to understand technical drawings.
- Valuable knowledge of machine setting and tool offset/correction.

Qualification ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

2–5 Years

Salary

As per experience and skill level.
