Roles &
Responsibilities – CNC Supervisor
- Supervise daily CNC production operations
- Achieve production targets and delivery schedules
- Manage machine setup, tooling and job changeovers
- Monitor quality, rejection and rework
- Read and understand engineering drawings & tolerances
- Supervise and guide CNC operators and helpers
- Monitor machine utilization and downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance for machine breakdowns
- Maintain production reports and shop-floor records
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline
- Manage tools, inserts and consumables
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Quality & Stores departments
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
