- Strong knowledge of Mastercam and SolidWorks.

- CNC milling programming and machining knowledge.

- Knowledge of roughing, finishing, pocketing, profiling, drilling, tapping and boring.

- Tool/cutter selection and cutting parameter knowledge.

- CNC tool-path simulation and collision checking.

- Knowledge of machining allowances for Grinding, EDM and Wire EDM.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.;

- Knowledge of work holding, job setting and work zero.

- Strong programming and machining skills.

- Good drawing interpretation ability.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Cycle-time and cost optimization mindset.

- Attention to detail and quality focus.

- Good coordination with Process Planning, Design and Production teams.

- Ability to guide and train CNC operators.

- Strong ownership and process discipline.
